• You may not create accounts for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.

4. Tool Submissions

When submitting a tool to our directory, you agree that:

• You own or have permission to submit and represent the tool.
• The information provided is accurate and not misleading.
• The tool does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• The tool does not contain malware, spyware, or harmful code.
• The tool is not primarily used for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any tool submission at our discretion without notice, particularly if it violates these guidelines or our community standards.

5. Featured Listing Plans

When purchasing a Featured Listing plan:

• Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; your listing remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer mid-cycle refunds. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
• Only approved tools are eligible for featured placement.
• We reserve the right to adjust plan pricing with reasonable notice.
• Featured placement is subject to slot availability as displayed on our pricing page.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or data-mine our platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit or promote tools that are harmful, illegal, or violate third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property
