REFUND POLICY

At AIToolsobia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Featured Listing experience. This Refund Policy explains what you can expect when you purchase a plan on our platform.

1. Free Tool Submissions

Submitting your tool to the AIToolsobia directory is completely free. There are no charges associated with basic tool submissions, so no refund policy applies to this feature.

2. Featured Listing Plans — No Mid-Cycle Refunds

Featured Listing plans (Starter, Pro, Premium) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. When you purchase a plan, your tool is immediately activated and begins receiving premium placement and visibility on our platform.

Because the service begins immediately upon payment, we do not offer partial or full refunds for unused days within a billing period.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your Featured Listing plan at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • Your tool's featured placement will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
  • No cancellation fees apply.

We recommend running your featured placement for at least 3 months to see meaningful results, as building traffic and visibility takes consistent exposure over time.

4. Exceptions

We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • A technical error on our platform prevented your tool from being featured for a significant portion of the billing period.
  • You were charged twice due to a billing system error.
  • Your tool submission was approved and paid for, but was subsequently removed due to an error on our part.

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to be considered.

5. Plan Upgrades

If you wish to upgrade your plan mid-cycle (e.g., from Starter to Pro), contact us at contact@aitoolsobia.com and we will apply the upgrade immediately. You will only be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The tool name and plan purchased
  • A description of the issue
